About Us

We are Beatworx, the Czech promoter behind Let It Roll. The world’s largest drum & bass festival. Every year, in addition to our massive summer festival attracting tens of thousands of fans, we organize a series of smaller events around the world.

We work closely with hundreds of artists from both the global and local DnB scene. Building strong relationships with DJs, producers, and the wider community is at the heart of what we do. That’s why we’re looking for a passionate Artist Relations Manager, someone who will act as our ambassador, strengthen existing partnerships, and create new connections across the drum & bass world.

What You’ll Do

As an Artist Relations Manager, you’ll be the key person responsible for nurturing long term relationships and ensuring smooth communication with artists, their agencies, and management teams, both locally and internationally.

Your mission: to make sure every artist leaves our events with a professional, seamless, and unforgettable experience , feeling like a true part of the Let It Roll family.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain friendly, proactive communication with artists, DJs, producers, and managers
• Create tailored experiences for artists at our events
• Scout and engage with new talent across the DnB scene
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure all artist requirements are met (hospitality rider, tech rider, etc.)
• Work closely with the marketing team to create synergies with artists across our global network
• Be on-site during the festival and other Let It Roll events, taking care of artists, resolving issues, and ensuring their comfort
• Maintain and update internal artist databases and coordinate communication across teams
• Handle potential crises with empathy and professionalism
• Stay up to date with the current drum & bass scene and trends

What We Expect

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written); another language is a plus
• Experience in the music or cultural industry (festivals, clubs, booking agencies, labels, etc.) is a strong advantage
• Deep knowledge and passion for the drum & bass scene
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations
• Professional, friendly, and client oriented demeanor
• Flexibility (including weekends and evenings during events)
• Responsibility, precision, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Project management skills are a plus
